Interfacing Microcontrollers to Sony-Ericsson T28, T300 and similar cell phones

Dialing another phone using T300 and MINI-MAX/51-C2:

Parts List:

• T300 or similar Sony-Ericsson cell phone ( Other Models )
• MINI-MAX/51-C2, MINI-MAX/51-D or MINI-MAX/51-E
• ( Optional ) DRS-11 RS232 Data Cable

1. Connect the RS232 port of your MINI-MAX board to DB9 connector of DRS-11

2. Connect the other end of DRS-11 to your phone

3. In the example Micro C program below, change the phone number to a desired number to be dialed.

4. Build the program and download to the MINI-MAX board.

5. When you put the MINI-MAX board to run mode from within Micro-IDE or when you remove the serial cable and cycle power to the MINI-MAX board, the cell phone will dial the desired number.
