Our MINI-MAX Sets contain everything you need to get started with micro-controllers. The core of the sets is the MINI-MAX/51-C2 microcontroller board, a powerful, yet easy-to-use microcomputer system based on the latest generation of flash-based 8051 microcontrollers from ATMEL.

MINI-MAX/51-C2 is a fully assembled product that is ready to use out of the box. MINI-MAX/51-C2 has 64K of flash memory which holds thousands of lines of BASIC or C programs. Program execution speeds reach over 2 million instructions per second. Programs are downloaded into the MINI-MAX/51-C2 with a personal computer through an available serial (COM) port. Downloads typically take only few seconds.

MINI-MAX Sets include the light version of BASCOM51 BASIC Compiler for ease of programming. Sets are also compatible with our Micro C Compiler, SDCC Compiler or any other third-party programming language for BASIC, C or Assembly programming. The sets include a full license of Micro-IDE.

Over 70 project examples demonstrate interfacing to LCD displays, keypads, EEPROM's, analog to digital conversion, buzzer, ports, LEDs and many other microcontroller peripherals.
