Adds one RS232 serial port to your computer for use with MINI-MAX boards. MINI-MAX downloaders have been optimized to work reliably at high baud rates with this cable.
This cable is also suitable for generic USB to RS232 conversion for use with a PC and/or other devices.
This cable works with both USB 1.X and USB 2.0 ports. The chipset is FTDI.
To use CBL-USB-COM-1 with a MINI-MAX board ( except MINI-MAX/51-D ), use it in conjunction with a null modem cable such as our CBL-NM1-9F9F-6 or a null modem adapter such as our ADP-NM2-9F9F.
