WebCatPlus Publisher is a utility program that simplifies creating and downloading web pages to WebCatPlus web server. WebCatPlus Publisher allows selecting individual or a whole folder of web pages, converts them into a DOS file system compatible binary image and downloads to the WebCatPlus web server. WebCatPlus Publisher also has a free, built-in HTML editor that simplifies creating and modifying web pages without the need for expensive HTML editor.
