Can\'t login to FTP Server www.bipom.com

Please anybody help me and validate FTP-account login/password - ( bipomftp/guest123! ). I open FTP-client and can\'t login to www.bipom.com FTP Server - Error 530 login incorrect!

where can I get this files ?

I work on Windows Vista and need to run Vmware player on UbuntuARM_REV102.vmx. As alternative method - can I download Debian Lenny ARM image, convert it by Qemu
(qemu-img.exe convert -f qcow debian_lenny_armel_small.qcow -O vmdk diskimage.vmdk) and run Vmware player on diskimage.vmdk, this will be work ?

Because I want to make a dual partition flash disk and copy Debian release to this flash disk.
