Title: Serial port in 68HC11

Hello, all
I want to ask about the microcontroller 68HC11 " Fox11 board " ,How can I send data through one serial port  process it ,then send it to another serial port. What are the functions that I can implement in C or assembly?
Anything can help advices, tutorials, programs, …. etc.

Hmm it would seem not as I am on Lion.

Presumably I get round this by flashing the program on then? In which case shouldnt the serial port appear after plugging in a dev board XC-1A running the default twinkly lights demo?
