Title: how to built microcontroler?

I need to build specific microcontroller from 68HC12 parts. This microcontroller should read the temperature from DS12B20 temperature sensor. I want to know which parts from the 68HC12 I need to build this circle? And how to connect between them? And where should I connect the sensor (one wire bus) ?
