Hard Drive Set type error, ec=1022

When I try to upload the project I get the error messagge:

Hard Drive Set type error, ec=1022

I have WebCat Plus ARM-E with 1 mb data flash on-board memory. I downloaded WebCat Publisher from Bipom.com site. Can anyone help with this error message please?

did you download webCatPlus firmware to the board ?

Yes, I did and I made sure it is right one (1MB, COM5, MM/ARM-E, Data Flash). I even tried it on two systems and I still get the same error. So, I am able to download firmware, but not the project. :(

Sorry I did not respond sooner, been busy. I think I found what causes the problem. Since none of the systems that I tried uploading the project did not have the serial port, I had to use USB-Serial adapter. Once I tried it on a older system with serial port on -board, it worked fine. I am still puzzled on why it would upload firmware, but it would not the project!
