1) When you place an order on our web site, a confirmation email is sent to confirm to you that we received your order.

When your order ships, you will receive another email showing that your order has shipped. This email also contains the tracking number for your package.

If one or more of the ordered items are on backorder, we will notify you by phone or email that there is a backorder.

At any time, you can contact BiPOM Electronics to check on the status of your order. Please email to info@bipom.com to check on the status of your order.

2) Our warranty is 3 year from the date of the purchase. Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization number to return product(s) to BiPOM. Please see our return policy.
